About the class
The yoga classes I offer include Kriya, a practice which awakens and transforms the body and mind to create profound physical and mental shifts. It helps injuries at a cellular level by generating heat from the inside out.
We’ll use powerful breath work to enliven the body combined with guided movement and seated pranayama to calm the nervous system.
