Carol
Carol has a background in education and health and social care, as well as continuing self-development. After attending Pilates and other exercise classes for many years, Carol took the plunge in 2018 and trained for a year with the Pilates Foundation in order to learn more about the link between our bodies and brains and how meaningful movement can aid recovery from injury as well as having long-term health benefits .
Carol include some "classical" and evolved Pilates as well as slow, mindful somatic movements in sessions in order to really be in touch with what is happening in our bodies.
