My yoga journey began as a way to mend my broken body after the strain of years in professional sport. As a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist, I understand importance of muscle length for building strength and realised stretching alone wasn’t enough. My love for the mountains led me to the Indian Himalayas to learn at the source of yoga. It was here I learnt that yoga goes beyond the mat and infuses all aspects of life, opening the mind and heart to the brilliance of life.
The yoga classes I offer include Kriya, a practice which awakens and transforms the body and mind to create profound physical and mental shifts. It helps injuries at a cellular level by generating heat from the inside out. We’ll use powerful breath work to enliven the body combined with guided movement and seated pranayama to calm the nervous system.
